USC Credit Union wanted to allow their customers to access their services through any smart devices and keep USC alumni continuing have business with them by updating their website and some micro-sites’ design within the new USC brand identity. We re-structured the information architecture specifically for their target audience, the USC related regular consumers and students, so that they can go directly to the section belong to them in just one click. For the design strategy, we created couple core templates and modules for re-use purpose to house their heavy contents in an organized and streamlined layout. The lifestyle and warm feeling is the tone for images and it fits well with the main color scheme: beige, red, and yellow.
After the successful website re-design, we continued to work on an interactive calculator for users to check what’s the best option to save on their student loan and how USC Credit Union could help them to reduce the cost.
